Visit the Babson Dine on Campus page to review how to check your OneCard account balances and participate in mobile ordering on campus.
Babson Bucks are declining balance accounts that students, staff and faculty can deposit funds into at anytime. Babson Bucks can be used on campus to dine, shop at the bookstore, use copy and print services and more! To deposit funds into your account (parents may also be granted access by the student to deposit funds) please visit the GET Babson portal. You can use the GET Babson portal to check your meal plan and Babson Bucks balances. You may also use the GET Mobile App to deposit funds and check your account balances.
*Please note GET will only work with credit/debit cards issued by a U.S. financial institution. Any attempted deposits using a non-U.S. credit/debit card will fail. Even though they fail, the charges may temporarily show up on students' bank/credit card statements. This is because the transactions were approved by the bank. Since the transactions failed on the GET end, those pending transactions will eventually time out, typically in 3-5 business days (though this time may vary depending on the bank). Once they time out, those funds will once again become available to students.
Where can Babson Bucks be used?
You can use your Babson Bucks at dining locations on campus, Follett Bookstore and you for mobile ordering with GrubHub.
For staff and faculty that would like to add Babson Bucks to members of their department or student accounts, please submit the request a service form.
Babson Bucks Refund Policy:
Babson Bucks are automatically carried over every year while a student is enrolled or a staff or faculty member is employed with Babson College. Once a student, staff or faculty member is no longer enrolled or employed at Babson College, they have 60 days from the date of their separation to request a refund of their Babson Bucks if their remaining balance is $10 or more. There is also the option of donating remaining Babson Bucks balances as a gift to student support or a scholarship. All refund requests must be submitted to onecard@babson.edu. Once a request is received, a check will be mailed from the Financial Services Office. If no request is made after 60 days, the remaining balances will be designated as a gift to Babson College.
