HELV Phase 2

Projected Completion: August 2027

Phase 2 of the development and expansion of the Herring Family Entrepreneurial Leadership Village will fully convert the current conference center facility to support undergraduate and graduate programs.

The new phase will add 128 new student beds, provide a 275+ seat dining venue, and will add 13 classrooms and learning spaces in addition to addressing long-standing deferred maintenance. When complete, the HELV will be one of the largest investments in entrepreneurship education at the College.
