Josh Peipock (he/him/his) joined the Babson College community in June 2018 with experience in residence life, orientation, student conduct, crisis response, leadership development, and inclusion programs. He began in the role of director of Residence Education, and in winter of 2022 moved into the role of associate dean of students where he oversaw Residence Life and Multicultural and Identity Programs.
In his current role as Dean of Students, Josh is tasked with aligning the work of Residence Life, Community Standards, and the Office of Belonging & Inclusion to serve an engaged and diverse student population with the primary focus of enhancing the co-curricular student experience. He is responsible for working collaboratively across the College to support students and provide an experience that meets the needs of Babson students. Josh works to cultivate an enhanced, intentionally designed, inclusive, and engaging student experience that supports Babson’s vibrant campus life. He also serves as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator, a senior-level hearing officer, is part of the CARE team, and manages the College’s on-call system and other student-related emergencies.
Josh has over 20 years of experience in student life work. He has served as a lead facilitator for LeaderShape® and has served in leadership roles within ACUHO-I and NASPA Region 1. Josh earned his B.A. in English from Stonehill College and his M.A. in Higher Education Administration from University of Michigan.
