The Phases of Our Work Together

Each custom program is different, but we always build time and attention into three key phases. Here’s an example of what a leadership training program might look like.

PHASE 1

Discovery/Co-Creation

During the discovery phase of a leadership training program, we’ll meet with your leadership team to understand the specific needs of your team, and design programming that addresses those pain points and aspirations.

The Faculty Director will engage in:

  • Needs and goals assessment
  • Curriculum development and activity ideation for the learning journey

PHASE 2

Custom Program Development

Building our custom programming will involve tapping into Babson’s well-spring of knowledge and its world-renowned faculty.

Here, the Faculty Director will:

  • Assign and confirm the faculty delivery team that best aligns with your needs
  • Assign and confirm the faculty coaches
  • Work with your key stakeholders and faculty to develop the learning journey designed in Discovery
  • Share the finalized program design with key members of the client team

PHASE 3

Delivery

Over the course of the program (from a single workshop to a multiyear program for all levels of your organization), our team will work with yours to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.

The Faculty Director will provide:

  • Oversight and coordination of all program components
  • Monitoring of team progress with milestone check-ins to ensure participant engagement, and to collect participant feedback

During an in-person program:

  • A team of experienced Babson Faculty will deliver all aspects of the program.
  • A Program Manager from the Babson Client Success team will act as your project support, managing all logistical and tactical needs of the program.
