The Babson graduate community is united in the understanding of the value of inclusive excellence in education. Inclusive excellence is at the core of what it means to practice entrepreneurial leadership. Learning to think, act, and build relationships that uphold these values is a part of learning how to create both economic and social value.
Babson has over 100 student clubs and organizations, including identity- and culture-based organizations. From clubs working to create social value to professional, artistic, athletic, and religious clubs, there are many ways to find community here.

The Office of Belonging and Inclusion organizes many programs for all Babson students. Among them are Community Conversations to help students learn from one another and work toward a more just and supportive community; Synergy, a community building space for LGBTQ+ students; and JEDI Student Leaders who support the continued development of a community that is equitable for all.
