Will lead the Generator on understanding multilingual AI translation capabilities, including voice-to-voice, text-to-voice, and voice-to-text; will lead converting key Generator content across a range of media to the world’s most spoken languages and advise the Generator on multilingual translation opportunities for entrepreneurship and general communications.
Will support Erik Noyes with social media strategy and social media communications/posting for the lab.
Researching and Designing New Ways to Organize Work in the Age of AI
Will support the design and execution of research projects on the effects of AI on various tasks, jobs, careers, skills, worker satisfaction and well-being.
Will support the design and development of design futuring projects to explore possible futures of work, and how to make them a reality.
Will support the lab with various communications tasks, primarily on social media and professional networks.
Navigating the Ethical Frontiers of AI for a Future of Complexity
Will explore creative research for a large-scale project to construct a hypothetical city of the future—titled Republic 2.0—that traces the most radical transformations in society, technology, and culture on the horizon. Also will help design images and visual diagrams with faculty and students for a showcase of this futuristic city at an event in late spring 2025.
