When Certificates of Insurance are Required from Babson

There are instances when other entities will request that we provide proof of the College's insurance. When this happens, please complete a Request for Certificate of Insurance (pdf) form and send the form to Risk Management.

Please note: Most requests can be honored within 48 hours; however, there are instances where the turnaround time can be several weeks. Please plan accordingly.
