Each undergraduate student gets four (4) tickets for the ceremony. You may reach out to your classmates and see if anyone would be willing to give you more, but that would be your only option for additional tickets. There is seating available in the Sorenson theater where guests can watch the commencement live, and these seats do not require tickets.
The graduate ceremony does not require tickets to sit under the tent, and each student is welcome to bring as many guests as they would like.
These items can only be picked up by the graduate. If you require an exception, and are unable to pick up items within the dates and times specified due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact the Campus & Community Events office at 781-239-5265.
Please find out what special accommodation is required and contact the Campus & Community Events office. There are special accommodation seating sections on either side of the tent. It is important to know that only one other person is allowed to sit with the individual that requires the accommodation. When you contact the Campus & Community Events Office please provide the following information:
- Ceremony information: undergraduate or graduate.
- The graduate’s name.
- The name of the guest who needs the special accommodation.
- What accommodation the individual will need; Please note, we are not able to provide wheelchairs.
- The name of the person that will be seated with the guest who requires the accommodation.
All requests must be submitted to the Campus & Community Events office no later than April 25, 2025. We will try our best, but may not be able to accommodate requests that come in past the deadline.
