Third-Party Caterers
Chartwells Catering is the College’s preferred campus caterer for all events on campus. If interested in full catering service, email Procurement.
Event Planners are strongly encouraged to contact Chartwells Catering at 781-239-4403 or catering@babson.edu to discuss their event and proposed menu before considering a third party caterer.
Chartwells Catering is required to serve alcohol at ALL EVENTS. Event Planners are required to review and follow the Alcohol and Catering Policy for more information.
If Chartwells Catering cannot meet the groups’ catering needs (due to timeline, budget, food requests) and an outside 3rd party catering vendor may be utilized. However, the proposed third party caterer must be on the Babson Approved Third Party Caterer list below.
If you are considering a caterer that is not on the Babson Approved Caterer list, please contact the Procurement office to submit a request for the proposed caterer to be vetted for approval. Babson College requires a Certificate of Insurance as one element in the approval process.
