Different types of agreements call for different contract terms and conditions.

In general, Babson uses the following agreement types for the purchase or provision of goods and services. See the Babson Procurement and Contracting Process page to determine if a contract is the most appropriate procurement method, as well as the Contract Review Procedures.

The forms below may be accessed by staff and faculty using their Babson username and password.

Short Form Service Provider Agreement	Work for hire up to $7,500 (small jobs/projects)	Small construction renovations, painting
Speaker/Performer Agreement	Used for artistic performers and public speaking	Singers, dancers, speakers, readers, musicians
Guest Speaker Agreement	Intended for small speaking engagements—not to exceed $1,500	Smaller speaking engagements, course-related guest speakers
Photographer/Videographer Service Agreement	Photographer, Videographer	Photographer, Videographer
Volunteer Agreement	Services where provider is not getting paid	Help during Commencement
Hotel/Venue Addendum	Hotel/catering/events where our service provider agreement is not being used	Blocking hotel rooms, reserving a venue for an event
