Join the Cutler Center as we welcome our friends from Loomis Sayles to discuss the Loomis Sayles Undergraduate Women's Investment Network (UWIN) program. The UWIN program offers mentorship and internship opportunities, professional development, and technical skills to undergraduate students interested in business, finance, accounting, data science, mathematics, economics, or financial markets. Join us for an overview of the program featuring UWIN Founder and Credit Research Co-Director at Loomis Sayles, Shannon O'Mara, as well as Babson students and alumni who have participated in the program. Whether youre a seasoned player or brand new to ultimate frisbee, this is a perfect chance to meet the team, learn the basics, and get a feel for what ultimate is all about. Since its still chilly outside, well be practicing indoors until after spring break when the weather warms up. Expect a fun mix of warm-ups, throwing drills, and mini-games. They have re-envisioned the typical film business model by funding their films through donors rather than investors, allowing them to put people to work and profits to go toward future stories and philanthropy, rather than investors and filmmakers. Brian Ide, Co-Founder and Director of Grace Based Films hosts this open conversation that will follow wherever the audience wants to take the conversation, from their response to A Case for Love to questions about building a film company around creating a movement, and anything in between.
