Meeting Package Options

Start planning your next event using our available packages. Packages can be altered to fit a group’s agenda.

Our CMP provides an affordable and easy way to plan and execute your next meeting. Traditional packages begin with the first evening stay and dinner followed by the meeting arrangements, breakfast, and lunch the following day.

Meeting Space

Our MCMP provides everything the CMP does, with the exception of dinner.

The DMP is for local participants and covers everything the MCMP does, with the exception of the overnight accommodations and full breakfast buffet.

Amphitheater Meeting Space

We offer four tiered amphitheater meeting spaces, fully outfitted for even the most demanding educational conferences and workshops. Your attendees will appreciate the ergonomic seating with individual power connections for convenient charging. Presentation and collaboration are seamless, thanks to permanent whiteboards, tackable wall surfaces, and available LCD or HD projection. Seating capacities available up to 78 participants.

Flexible Meeting Space

Two large, flat meeting spaces offer up to 2,900 square feet of space that can be arranged just the way you want—including pods, classroom, u-shaped, theater, conference, or hollow-square arrangements. These rooms feature the same equipment and presentation materials as our tiered classrooms, in a more flexible format. There are also nine smaller flat meeting spaces that have no permanent seating, allowing for a wide variety of setups and uses.

Breakout Meeting Space

There are 19 small breakout rooms, each offering 168 square feet. You can use these spaces for smaller meetings, spin-off gatherings within your general session or even for offices and storage during your conference.

Private Meeting Space

We have numerous options for group workspace, receptions, and dinners, including two outdoor courtyards, two flexible living rooms and the overlook private dining room.
