Babson College is excited to offer the opportunity to apply to Summer Study for High School Students, to rising juniors and seniors. The program allows students to live like a college student and learn like an entrepreneur, while recieving four college credits that can be used to advance their education.

Summer Study for High School Students: Introduction to the Entrepreneurial Experience is a four-week, residential program from July 6–August 4, 2018, that emphasizes creativity, problem solving, collaboration, and hands-on learning to develop skills as a self-motivated entrepreneur.

At Babson, there is a focus on entrepreneurship to create economic and social impact. The Introduction to the Entrepreneurial Experience course combines classroom learning with workshops, guest lectures from innovative business leaders, and visits to a wide range of Boston-area entrepreneurial organizations. Students explore each step of starting a business and walk away ready to launch their own original ventures.

In 2017, the program welcomed students from 37 countries and 17 states. The students receive mentorship from Babson undergraduate students and are able to network with Babson alumni, faculty, staff, and the broader community. The program allows students to engage with entrepreneurs like 2017 speaker Jason McBriarty of Levi Strauss.

The deadline for applications is March 15, 2018. Financial aid and scholarships are available.
