    Wellness - Knitting for Health & Wellness

    Did you know that knitting can actually be good for your health? Like meditation, knitting has been shown to reduce stress levels and lower blood pressure. The creative process that goes into making useful products can also boost self-esteem. Make some time for yourself, meet new colleagues, share tips and ideas, or just relax and have fun at Babson's new knitting group! Bring that project you've been trying to finish for months, start a new one, or knit for charity. Knitters of all skill levels are welcome, even new knitters! Assistance and some limited supplies will be available for new knitters. WHO: Anyone - experienced and new knitters alike WHEN: Fridays from 12:00-1:00 p.m. HOW: This is a drop-in format and participants may attend as often as they like. Find out more >>

    Wellness - Power Yoga with Michele McLaughlin (Friday)

    Register Full Details

    Power vinyasa yoga builds physical and mental strength and flexibility. Find your mind body connection as you link breath to movement in a fast-paced, energizing class. This class is accessible to most levels of fitness. Prior experience with yoga is recommended but not required.WHO: Anyone! Prior experience is helpful but not required.
