Join our conversation with Rob Johnston, Founder of Johnny's Selected Seeds, whose mission has always been to help people feed one another. How do you successfully grow an organization with a clear commitment to your employees, customers, and community? How has growing food changed these past few years, whether through movements, technology, or the pandemic?Join an open conversation with Rob Johnston Jr, Founder of Johnnys Selected Seeds. Long before the farm-to-fork movement, Johnnys mission has been helping families, friends, and communities to feed one another, whether home gardeners or commercial farmers. In the mid-aughts, Rob made the choice to turn his company over to his employees through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) and by 2012 it became 100% employee-owned. While Community Table is currently virtual, the design remains simple: the collective at the "table" drives the conversation. Come make valuable connections, give and take resources, meet food professionals, and cook up some great ideas. Find out more >>
