    Wellness - CoreUp with Michele Craemer

    Register Full Details

    New, 30-minute program! Participants may register for CoreUp alone, or combine it with FitWalk to create a 60-minute session. (You must register for both if so.) CoreUp is an upper body and core workout that consists of exercises to strengthen and tone the chest, back, shoulders, arms and core.     Improv for the Entrepreneur: Active Listening

    Full Details

    Join visiting artist Kristen Mazzocchi for this workshop applying improvisational acting techniques to entrepreneurship. Participants will be led through a series of improv-based activities that focus on active listening skills. These activities encourage participants to stay in the moment and then build off each other's ideas. The workshop will emphasize how these basic listening skills lead to better brainstorming, creativity, teamwork, and ultimately more success. Don't forget to check out the session on October 30 on Confident Speaking! No prior experience necessary. This workshop is open to the public. Registration is strongly encouraged by October 8th.     Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp with Craig Paris

    Register Full Details

    Boot Camp is a 50-minute, two-day-a-week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss. The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals. Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class. WHO: Any Babson employee who is looking to take their workout to the next level. Please note that class is appropriate for those just beginning as well as those who have participated before.
