    Wellness - FitWalk with Michele Craemer

    New, 30-minute program! Participants may register for FitWalk alone, or combine it with CoreUp to create a 60-minute session. (You must register for both if so.) FitWalk is 30 minutes of walking combined with strength and stationary exercises built into the cardiovascular portion of the walk.
