    Wellness - FitWalk Winter with Michele Craemer

    30-minute program! Participants may register for FitWalk Winter alone, or combine it with CoreUp to create a 60-minute session. (You must register for both if so.) FitWalk is 30 minutes of power walking combined with strength and stationary exercises built into the cardiovascular portion of the walk.
