    Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp with Craig Paris

    Register Full Details

    Boot Camp is a 50-minute, two-day-a-week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss. The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals. Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class. WHO: Any Babson employee who is looking to take their workout to the next level. Please note that class is appropriate for those just beginning as well as those who have participated before.     From Personal Creativity to Professional Life

    Full Details

    This workshop incorporates discussion on the business of being an artist and non-profit theater work with creative exercises rooted in storytelling to strengthen confidence and communication while bringing creativity to center stage in personal, artistic, and professional life. The aim is to empower and affirm the lives of the participants and get them to bring that personal creativity to their work and performance by drawing from personal experiences and cultivating extraordinary ideas from the seemingly ordinary.
