    Power vinyasa yoga builds physical and mental strength and flexibility. Find your mind body connection as you link breath to movement in a fast-paced, energizing class.     Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp with Craig Paris

    Boot Camp is a 50-minute, two-day-a-week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss. The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals. Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class. WHO: Any Babson employee who is looking to take their workout to the next level. Please note that class is appropriate for those just beginning as well as those who have participated before.
