Through the lens of guests such as Tariq Farid, founder of Edible Arrangements, and his daughter Somia ('15), Carlos Rojas (MBA'11), CEO of Rotoplas, Joanna Berwind, Babson's Disruptor-in-residence and Board President of Berwind Corporation, and other guests, we will explore case studies on how topics such as transformation, growth, and social innovation are impacted by and impact family relationships.?Participants will engage with their families in between sessions through a series of engaging discussions and will learn from our guests as well as Babson faculty, including Professors Ed Marram and Matt Allen, and IFE Nulsen Family Executive Director Lauri Union.
