    CWEL Graduate Mentor Program Information Session

    Learn more about the Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL) Graduate Mentor Program, which pairs Babson graduate students of all genders with women professionals for a 12-week, one-to-one mentoring experience. The program facilitates meaningful developmental relationships aimed to support students in advancing their personal and professional goals. This information session will give an overview of the program, review expectations, and share best practices for a successful mentoring experience. All students applying to the CWEL Graduate Mentoring Program are required to attend/view this session.     ELV Discussion Series Kick Off

    A six session discussion series, hosted by V.P. of Innovation D.R. Widder, structured around exploring the six Core Values (Put people first, Listen and Respond, Include Everyone, Innovate Continuously, Lead by Example, and Give Back to Others) that animate and guide the Arthur M. Blank Family of Businesses. Disruption Dinner

The Disruption Dinner is a premier annual event hosted by the Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership and campus partners at Babson College which brings the Babson community together for an evening of inspiration and conversation around gender and leadership. Each year the event showcases the experiences of accomplished women leaders in a common industry who are acting boldly to break barriers, blaze trails, and launch movements that change industries, organizations, and communities around the world. 

CWEL Annual Retreat

The Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership brings Babson students off-campus and on-site at a host organization, for a day of leadership competency and community building with a focus on building self-efficacy and self-awareness. The event aims to integrate the newest members of the CWEL community, strengthen the CWEL student network, provide access to entrepreneurial role models, build strategies that support mental health and well-being, and set the stage for a successful year. 

Dean's Gender Series

The Dean’s Gender Series is an annual event that brings high-profile thought-leaders to our Wellesley campus to lead meaningful discussions and initiate actions to help students of all genders build gender acumen and inclusive leadership skills.
