In many industries, creating and sustaining strategic advantage is becoming an elusive task amidst rising uncertainty and volatility. Product life cycles are shortening; product variety and competition are increasing; and margin pressures are rising. Research and experience suggests that one of the few ways to survive in this environment is through innovation. While many leaders view innovation among the top three strategic priorities for their organizations, results of a recent CEO survey shows that only 55% are satisfied with their company’s “return on innovation” investment.

If innovation can lead to winning industry leadership, but is hard to create, how can organizations develop the capacity to produce innovation?

To achieve continued innovation, companies can benefit from a distinctive mindset and skillset. Design Thinking, combined with Entrepreneurial Thought and Action®, offers leaders a new strategy for realizing this goal.

This short webinar presentation will cover the following topics:

  • Design Thinking as a tool for driving innovation
  • Entrepreneurial Thought and Action as a methodology for developing new products, services, and solutions
  • Ways in which Design Thinking and Entrepreneurial Thought and Action are complementary in fostering the skills and mindset for ongoing innovation
