GMAT Percentiles

When you receive your GMAT score, it will include a percentile ranking that helps identify how your score compares to other test takers from the previous three years. For example, if your percentile rank is 75 percent, then you scored higher than 75 percent of your peers during that time period. The GMAT percentile ranking is one of the many factors that admissions professionals take into account when deciding whether to accept an applicant.

Each year, your percentile ranking will be updated based on the latest year’s results, but your score will remain the same.
