We will gladly arrange a visit for schools and other organizations wishing to bring groups of 10–50 students to campus. Group visits are on weekdays only and may include a one-hour campus tour and/or a 45-minute information session. Students groups are invited to eat in our dining hall; however we do not provide meal vouchers for dining.
We are only able to host student groups in their sophomore, junior and senior years. During the months of June, July and August we will also accommodate students in their freshman year. While we strive to accommodate as many groups as possible, we may not be able to do so during busy periods such as school vacation weeks, during large on-campus events, or on weekends and holidays. We ask for a minimum of two weeks advanced notice.
Please complete the group visit reservation form to request a visit. Once you submit your request, the Group Visit Coordinator will contact you with a formal confirmation and information about parking on campus.
