    Entrepreneurial Leadership Toolbox:Entrepreneurial leaders succeed by taking an opportunity-minded approach to their interactions with colleagues. Leadership is a learned skill. The more you work on it, the bigger your repertoire of skills will be. Taught by Professor Nan Langowitz, through the 'Entrepreneurial Leadership Toolbox', you'll come to understand that the best leaders are always learning! In today's fast-paced world of change, the traditional paradigm of 'leader do all' may no longer be effective. This course will offer you insights on what it takes to lead when not everything can be known, including the skills and behaviors you need to be able to move an idea forward, to get others to be part of the effort, and to operate successfully. Specifically you will learn: The ability to frame leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset Behaviors to enact as an entrepreneurial leader Key ways to motivate, mobilize, and enlist others as a creator of positive resultsCourse Information: The course will be hosted on Babson's Canvas platform. Instructions on creating a Canvas to join the course will be provided in a follow up email. Enrollment is free of charge. This is a non-credit bearing, lifelong learning opportunity Course duration is 4 weeks, beginning Monday, March 2 and concluding Sunday, March 29 The course is self paced, participants should plan to commit approximately 3-4 hours per week The link to the course will be sent in a confirmation email to registrants on Friday, February 28thProfessor Nan Langowitz:Dr. Nan Langowitz is Professor of Management at Babson College. Her research examines entrepreneurial leadership and organizational innovation, focusing especially on women and diversity, as well as the challenges and opportunities organizations and managers face developing and leveraging talent. Professor Langowitz teaches leadership and organization behavior. From 2000 to 2007 she was the Founding Director of Babson's Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership. She was previously Associate Dean in the F.W. Olin Graduate School from 2013 to 2016. Dr. Langowitz was the recipient of the Dean's Teaching Award for the Graduate Program in 2009 and the Babson College Alumni Distinguished Faculty Leadership Award in 2010.
