Babson Accelerator for Growth, Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership

Babson College’s B-AGILE (Babson Accelerator for Growth, Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership) is a customizable framework of 90-minute interactive modules, delivered over six to eight weeks in either an in-person or fully on-line format.

It is designed to provide a cohort business acumen, professional growth, innovative thinking and entrepreneurial leadership skills. Participants form an internal network to solve difficult problems, assess and mitigate risk, apply new business skills to real-time work projects, and drive change within the organization. Graduates become an energized network within the organization, sharing a common vocabulary, innovation mindset, and set of practical tools to create new ideas, develop solutions, and advance them for impact.

Most Modules

include an interactive exercise and class discussion customized with organization-specific learning content.
