Programs for Working Professionals

Our programs for working professionals focus on developing a make-it-happen mindset and deep, functional business knowledge. We balance experimentation and analysis, giving employees the tools they need to think strategically and solve problems creatively.

Your employees can build career skills in just 9–15 credits, no GMAT required. Students typically enroll in three MBA-level courses during the course of a year. Participants who successfully complete a certificate can apply their credits toward a future Babson graduate degree.

Our part-time MBA options are designed with work/life balance in mind. Part-time students can choose to take their core classes in the evening in Boston or Wellesley, or online in a blended learning format. Choose from January, March, May, or August start dates. GMAT waivers are available.

Designed for individuals at organizations of all kinds, our open enrollment programs equip your employees to handle diverse business challenges through immersive learning that encourages them to think and act entrepreneurially. Participants can expect discussions, group work, role playing, coaching, and action planning across a range of business and leadership topics.
