Family Entrepreneurial Leadership (FEL) Program

The Institute for Family Entrepreneurship (IFE) at Babson College is offering the Family Entrepreneurial Leadership (FEL) program for the next gen who are taking an active role in their family’s entrepreneurial legacy. This 9-month certificate program will allow up to 8 participants in a group to learn and grow with each other in a virtual setting.

• individual coaching to address each participant’s challenges,
• the building of deep peer relationships,
• unique access to global family entrepreneurship thought leaders through private webinars
• expert moderator guidance with targeted readings and exercises.

Confidential Personal Sharing

The FEL is a unique platform for participants who come from a family entrepreneurship background to share their concerns and challenges in the zone of personal-family-business that they cannot discuss anywhere else.

Personal Leadership Growth

This unique program will foster the personal and professional growth that participants need to lead in an entrepreneurial family context. The course provides participants with the tools to build stronger family relationships and chart their own course to achieve their personal goals.
