If you want to add money to your OneCard, use Babson Bucks. Babson Bucks never expire while you are enrolled at Babson.

Students can provide access to Babson Bucks to parents or relatives by logging in and clicking on Grant Additional Access on the right, then entering the email address of those who should receive access.
Housekeeping services are provided for public areas and occur weekly for suite bathrooms. Residents are responsible for maintaining their individual rooms and suite common areas (living and kitchen area), and for removing and emptying their trash and recycling in the designated trash/recycling bins.

All cold-water washes are free. Warm- and hot-water washes are 50 cents each. There is no charge for the use of the dryers.

All packages and mail must be sent to your campus unit # (campus mailbox), located in Reynolds Campus Center. Packages and mail should be addressed as follows:

All Babson College undergradaute, gradaute, and visiting students residing on campus qualify tro have mail and packages sent to the Reynolds Campus Student Mail and Pack Center UNIT number. All qualified new students living on campus are assigned a virtual mailbox-unit number prior to the start of classes by Mail Services. Any questions regarding mail services can be sent to Mail Services.
Babson College does not offer storage on campus. Information about storage services can be found on the Babson College Procurement Web site. Note that Housing and Dining Operations does not endorse any of the vendors listed.
You can register your vehicle at the Public Safety office ($75 a year) to receive a parking decal. Information about parking and the online application for a parking decal is available on the Public Safety website.
Contact the Babson Telecommunications Office at 781-239-4357 or email@example.com with questions about phone service in your room or to report a problem. The majority of residents do not utilize the phone lines in their rooms.
Students may rent a refrigerator/freezer/microwave combination unit via New England Student Services. We recommend you speak with your roommate(s) prior to renting a refrigerator to ensure that you do not rent more than are needed for your room. Information about their services can be found on the New England Student Services website. Babson's 4 digit School Code is 2110. Units are delivered directly to the student room, and prior to arrival on campus if the order is placed by August 15. Late orders will be delivered after student arrival on campus.
Vending machines, offering a variety of snacks and drinks, are located in most of the residence halls on campus.
Hydration stations present a sustainable alternative to bottled water by providing a convenient, reusable water-bottle filling station with filtered tap water.
Submit a work order to request any of the services provided by Facilities. The Work Order desk prioritizes and processes requests for emergency, routine, and special services for the Babson campus. The Work Order desk is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and all work orders must be submitted via the online work order system.

- Fill out all relevant information and submit
- You will receive a work order number pending approval
- You will receive an email when there is a status change, such as completion.

Zipcar is a car-sharing program, an alternative to ownership that gives you wheels when you want them. Cars are self-service and on-demand. Babson College students can join Zipcar and have access to cars parked conveniently on campus to drive wherever you want, whenever you want.
