The Blank School engages Babson community members and leads research to create entrepreneurial leaders.
At the Frank & Eileen™ Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (F&E CWEL), we are building an entrepreneurial world in which all people thrive by dramatically increasing the impact of female leaders and their allies in every sector, enlightening the global community about the value of women’s entrepreneurial leadership, and empowering leaders to transform themselves, nations and generations while advancing equity, prosperity and progress for all.
F&E CWEL is designed to encourage participants of any gender-identity to grapple with the historical and institutional biases faced by women and individuals who do not conform with traditional gender-related expectations in school or work environments.
F&E CWEL's strategic objectives are aligned with Babson’s academic and institutional strategy. The focus begins with the internal Babson community and moves outward to the world.
