Welcome to F&E CWEL Pathways

Inclusive Entrepreneurial Leadership Badge

F&E CWEL Pathways at Babson College is a multi-year program that includes rigorous education, thoughtful reflection, and experience-based learning to catalyze our students' career potential and develop their ability to lead in remarkable ways.

Upon completion, students are issued a digital badge in Inclusive Entrepreneurial Leadership. The badge serves as a visual micro-credential validating credibility, competencies covered, and earning requirements of the program.

Combined with the online portfolio, the digital badge allows employees to view real examples of a student's proven leadership potential, self-drive for continued personal and professional growth, and commitment to serve as an inclusive entrepreneurial leader.

Badge Earning Criteria >>

They have documented their development in an online portfolio hosted on The Folio Network, an integrated part of the Babson Canvas Learning Management Platform.
