The Cutler Center Finance Lab 101 series allows students to learn more about the various analytical tools and resources available in the finance lab through hands-on sessions that will help students strengthen their skills, gain more practice for coursework, and prepare for internships and job opportunities. Are you a student looking to break into finance but unsure where to start? Join Cutler Center student assistants Khushi Chindaliya '25, Tyler Koenigsberger '27, Emilio Oliva '25, and Isabella Wellington '27 as they aim to help undergraduate students navigate the opportunities available on campus and set themselves up for success in competitive recruiting processes. This session will provide an overview of the undergraduate finance clubs, classes, and experiences that can help you build a strong foundation at Babson. The Cutler Center Finance Lab 101 series allows students to learn more about the various analytical tools and resources available in the finance lab through hands-on sessions. These sessions will help students strengthen their skills, gain more practice for coursework, and prepare for internships and job opportunities. Navigating financial software can be hard to digest. Join Cutler Center assistants Andres Alvarez '25, Muskan Ansari '27, and Rohan Nanwani '27 to gain hands-on experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet. Students will learn the essential functions of each platform, as well as their optimal use cases for market research, fundamental analysis & valuation, financial modeling, and more. By the end of the session, you will have the necessary knowledge to effectively leverage these tools in your coursework and professional endeavors. This session is open to Babson undergraduate and graduate students. Registration is required. Find out more
