This interactive online program includes live webinars, independent exercises, simulations, and videos. At the conclusion of this program you will be equipped to teach the online course, Entrepreneurial Mindshift to your students.  


Program consists of three, live 60-minute sessions 9–10 a.m. (EDT), and four hours per week of independent assigned work through Babson's Canvas platform.

July 14–19: Simulation Play, Video Views, Readings and Discussion Boards
July 21: Second Webex Session, 9–10 a.m. EDT
July 21–24: IDEATE Method, Independent Exercises and Discussion Boards
July 24: Third Webex Session, 9–10 a.m. EDT, and Wrap up video 


This program is led by Heidi Neck , PhD, the Jeffery A. Timmons Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies and the Babson Academy Academic Director. An award-winning educator and author, her textbook, Entrepreneurship: The Practice Mindset (2nd edition, 2020) was awarded the Breakthrough Book of 2017 by Sage Publishing and the 2018 Most Promising New Textbook Award by the Textbook & Academic Authors Association (TAA). Her latest book, The IDEATE Method, provides a proven road map to help students generate new ideas. Additionally, she has published 45+ book chapters, research monographs, and peer-reviewed articles.
