Alumni Email Account/Login Practice

Students graduating in August, December, or May in the same academic year will keep their email address until mid-November of the following academic year (e.g., students graduated in August 2024 will keep their email address until November 15, 2025).

At that time, addresses will become addresses. Email contents will be retained. Alumni will login using their new addresses. Graduating students are not required to request an account. Note: While alumni will retain Outlook accounts, they will no longer have access to M365 apps like OneDrive, SharePoint, Office, etc.

After 365 days of inactivity, accounts will be closed (in the example above, beginning November 15, 2025). Email account activity is defined as logging into the account or forwarding it to another email account.
