Need help finalizing your schedule? Use the resources below:

Your Student Success Advisor is Samantha Stanley.

Samantha can assist you with questions regarding course scheduling, understanding the academic policies and procedures, and helping you to access resources on campus for academic success.

You can reach Samantha via email or you can set up a Skype or Webex meeting by emailing studentadvising@babson.edu to request an appointment. Appointments can be scheduled during business hours, which are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EDT/EST, Babson time.

Before we confirm registration, please take a look at the course listing and determine the best courses for your academic needs. Visiting students can register for any course, regardless of the prerequisites, except for FME 1000 and FME 1001. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the prerequisites for the courses in which you are enrolled. To check the prerequisites, please go to the course listing and click on the title of the course. In the pop out box, you can find the list of prerequisites at the bottom of the box.

The Visiting Student Program is 100% online, however you may register for “100% online” or “Hybrid” courses. The course modality is listed as either 100% online or no location listed, which indicates a hybrid course. For both 100% online and hybrid modalities, the expectation is that students will be in attendance online during synchronous class meetings at the date and time listed in the course listing. Hybrid courses will include a mix of face-to-face class time and 100% online classes.

Please refer to our academic calendar for course start dates and the drop/add deadlines for your planning purposes.

Upon confirmation of your course registration, you will receive an email from Babson College within the next 72 hours with instructions on how to set up your Babson account.

Once you are registered, you will receive an invoice for your participation in Babson’s Visiting Student Program, based on the number of credits for which you have registered. Tuition information can be found on the Visiting Student Programs page.
