While we anticipate a more recognizable campus experience—and a return to normalcy in many ways—we are mindful of evolving COVID-19 impacts locally and globally. Our multifaceted health and safety plan is designed to help us safely transition to in-person activities. Follow the steps below, based on your status, to help us return to a fully populated campus.

Vaccinated Students Traveling Domestically

  • No pre-arrival requirements
  • Babson PCR test within 24 hours of your first time on campus after August 15. Schedule a Babson PCR Test.
  • Wear your mask indoors until the mask-wearing extension for all community members is lifted (anticipated to be mid-September).
  • Access your one-time clearance badge following the results of the Babson PCR test. This badge confirms your eligibility for all in-person activities.
  • Participate in weekly surveillance testing through September 17.
  • Continue to follow preventative measures including staying home if sick, handwashing, and sanitizing.

Unvaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Students Traveling Domestically

(Including students with medical/religious exemption and those planning to be vaccinated upon arrival)

  • Quarantine, wear a mask indoors, avoid crowds.
  • Test 72 hours before arriving on campus. Submit documentation using the Fall 2021 Test Result form.
  • Babson PCR test within 24 hours of your first time on campus after August 15. Schedule a Babson PCR Test.
  • Attend class in person only after receiving a negative test result.
  • Access your one-time clearance badge following a negative Babson PCR test result. This badge confirms your eligibility for all in-person activities.
  • Continue to mask indoors.
  • Weekly Babson PCR testing.
  • Continue to follow preventative measures including staying home if sick, handwashing, and sanitizing.

International Travelers – Vaccinated

  • Adhere to CDC guidance for international travel.
  • Babson PCR test within 24 hours of your first time on campus after August 15. Schedule a Babson PCR Test.

  • Access your one-time arrival badge following your Babson PCR test. This badge confirms your eligibility for all in-person activities.
  • Continue to follow preventative measures including staying home if sick, handwashing, and sanitizing.
