Benefits and Wellness
We’re All Ambitious.
We’re All Babson.
We’re all ambitious; but that doesn’t mean we all have the same ambitions. At Babson, we realize that everybody is at a different point in their career development and that the type of support we all need can change and vary. We, therefore, do our very best to build a supportive environment that suits everybody. So, whatever you want to achieve in your career at Babson, you can rely on us to help make it happen.
Babson Wellness Programs
At Babson, we make the health and wellness of our employees a priority, and are constantly working on creating new ways to educate, promote, and empower members of the community to make positive lifestyle choices.
Babson recognizes that a happy and healthy faculty and staff population leads to a more engaged and productive community. It’s important to us that all employees have opportunities to learn, develop, and grow not only professionally, but also personally.
Wellness programs at Babson encompass physical, mental, emotional, financial, nutritional, spiritual, environmental, social, and intellectual topics in order to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness. Babson’s wellness programs help employees to be well not only while they’re at Babson, but throughout their lives.
A Supportive Campus
The Babson College community values difference and encourages positive interaction across socioeconomic class, racial, gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnic, national, and other perceived barriers, in order to enhance creativity, productivity, innovation, and quality of life.
We are committed to providing a safe and ethical workplace for all members of the Babson community. To learn more, read our Whistleblower Policy.

Employee Resource Groups
We also support our employees with a wide range of Employee Resource Groups. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-initiated, Babson-supported groups of staff and faculty that share common interests, issues, backgrounds, dimensions of diversity and/or pursuits. ERGs promote the value of diversity and cultural awareness and foster an environment of inclusion that attracts, welcomes, and retains diverse talent. ERGs enhance feelings of connectedness and provide opportunities for employees to seek and offer support to one another. View the full list of our Employee Resource Groups »
The Commonwealth Compact
Babson is a proud member of the Commonwealth Compact, and we’re excited to support its mission of establishing “Massachusetts as a uniquely inclusive, honest and supportive community of—and for—diverse people. To acknowledge our mixed history in this effort, and to face squarely the challenges that still need to be overcome, understanding that the rich promise of the region’s growing diversity must be tapped fully if Boston and Massachusetts are to achieve their economic, civic and social potential.”
