Undergraduate Events

Each year, more than 800 undergraduate student events are held on Babson’s campus.

There is a buzz of activity that goes on day and night at Babson, often driven by innovative events spurred by the undergraduate community. Student clubs and organizations, departments, centers and institutes at Babson host events for undergraduate students that enhance the time students spend outside the classroom

Babson traditions include Founder's Day, Back to Babson, Friends and Family Weekend, Late Night Breakfast, and many student organization events. 

Attending events is a great way to connect and develop relationships with faculty, staff, alumni, and fellow students. Annual events include:

    Portfolio Performance Competition

    Portfolio Performance is BGFC’s flagship competition that puts to test the financial mettle and rigor of the Babson undergraduate and graduate communities. It is a six-week long competition starting October 3, 2022 and ending November 11, 2022. It will entail two major checkpoints at 3 weeks and 6 weeks when the team’s portfolio performance (value of the portfolio) will be analyzed to determine the winner.  Find out more Green Chevron

    Detroit, MI: Ellen S. Solomita '89 Day of Service

    Join fellow alumni, parents, and friends from the Detroit region as they give back to their community. The Babson Alumni Club of Detroit has partnered with The Greening of Detroit to plant trees in the city. Volunteers should dress for the weather, wear closed toe shoes or boots, gloves, and bring water + needed snacks. This initiative is in memory of Ellen Solomita '89 and Babson's Ellen S. Solomita's Day of Service. Ellen Solomita was a valued member of Babson's Advancement staff. What better way to honor Ellen's legacy than by joining together in service, something that was so important to her. She always thought of others and truly cared about those around her.
