Student Engagement Staff
Maribeth Flakes (she/her/hers) leads the student engagement team overseeing the staff that works with operations of clubs/organizations, student programming, management of the Reynolds Campus Center and fraternity and sorority life. Maribeth also advises the Student Government Association and assists with the planning and implementation of major college events such as orientation. Maribeth has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and Spanish from Bridgewater State University and a M.A. in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel from New York University.
Angel Long (she/her/hers) serves as the primary advisor for Campus Activities Board and Senior Week Committee. Responsible for program management of the Babson Leadership Academy and shared leadership application. Oversees the online brand of the office. B.A. Framingham State University; M.Ed. Salem State University.
Anthony Pires, Jr. (he/him/his) advises and manages the undergraduate student clubs and organizations and serves as the supervisor to the Reynolds Campus Center student staff. Oversees programming spaces in Reynolds Campus Center, including resources for off-campus students. Handles day-to-day operation of Engage, an online platform for clubs/orgs. Anthony has a bachelor's degree from Framingham State University and a master's degree from Salem State University.
Emily (she/her/hers) oversees the Fraternity & Sorority Community including the Interfraternity Council, the Panhellenic Council & the Business Fraternities. She also supervises our Biz E. Beaver Mascot Program. Emily received her Bachelors of Social Work from Valparaiso University & Masters in Higher Education from Ohio University.
Bianca (she/her/hers) co-advises the Campus Activities Board and supports campus programming. Bianca has a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and is a second year graduate student at Boston College.
Rachel (she/her/hers) co-advises the Student Government Association. She has a bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State University and is a second year graduate student at Salem State University.
