You received your placement email for your MSEL Global Entrepreneurship Experience. Now what?
Important Deadlines
- Change Your Placement: THURSDAY, September 26 @ 1:00 PM
- Online Forms: SUNDAY, October 6 @ 11:59 PM
Switch Your Placement
Should you wish to change your placement with a student on another course, you have 24 hours to do so. Please note: Both students must be eligible for the course they are switching to. To make a switch, both students must email electivesabroad@babson.edu with their intention to switch by THURSDAY, September 26 @ 1:00 PM. Following this 24 hour period, your placement will be final.
Confirm Your Placement
You will need to complete the following four steps prior to the stated commitment deadline.
Log in to the Education Abroad Portal.
Select "Commit."
Carefully review the REQUIRED program dates (pre-departure, travel, and post-travel) for your MSEL Global Entrepreneurship Experience and clear your calendar NOW of any conflicts.

NOTE:
- You must complete ALL the requirement materials by the deadline in order to be registered for the course and complete your MSEL degree program.
- If you have multiple passports, please input the passport information using the passport with which you plan to travel.
- If you have questions about any of the forms, require additional time to submit certain information, or are currently renewing your passport please email your Program Manager ASAP.

When will I get more information?
Additional information on purchasing your flight, visa requirements, roommate selection, international phone information, and course registration will be sent to students in the coming weeks.
When can I make my travel reservations?
DO NOT MAKE FINAL TRAVEL RESERVATIONS until you have received information from your Global Entrepreneurship Experience Program Manager concerning the exact course start and end dates and how to book your flight and get reimbursed.
