Student Financial Responsibility Agreement FAQs
The Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) provides valuable information to students about the cost of their education and the financial policies associated with their enrollment at Babson College.
It aims to provide clear guidance on financial obligations, payment deadlines, and consequences for non-compliance. All students are required to review and acknowledge this agreement each academic year.
The SFRA is a mandatory agreement that outlines financial obligations and responsibilities for attendance at Babson College. All students must acknowledge the SFRA agreement annually in Workday through the onboarding process.
One time each academic year, or more often if changes to the current agreement are mandated.
The SFRA adds an onboarding hold to your record that prevents any enrollment activity.
The annual SFRA adds a hold to your record that prevents any enrollment activity until you have acknowledged the agreement.
Once you have acknowledged the agreement the hold will be released immediately, and you will be able to resume enrollment activities.
You are responsible for your student account including any unpaid balances billed to a third-party, charges not covered by financial aid, and charges not covered by your authorized third party.
Please contact Student Financial Services at sfs@babson.edu if you have any questions regarding the SFRA.
