Project Management
The Project Management Office (PMO) at Babson supports ITSD's commitment to the structured planning and management of all IT-related projects. The PMO ensures that the College moves forward with the right projects in the right way, and that people are working on those projects most strategically aligned with the goals of the College. We conduct detailed business analysis of each project to assess the value it brings to the College from a business perspective, validate with key stakeholders that it aligns with the strategy of both the business unit and the College, and execute selected projects with project management best practices for high-quality results.
