For each Page Footer that appears on a page, there is now a <div id="#footerform"> Page Footer </div> wrapping around that can be used as a universal Link URL in anchor links.
Below is a screenshot of the Footer Link - Link URL where #footerform can be universally be placed instead of finding the specific ID.
