Student Testimonials

"Although I was unsure what my study abroad would look like logistically as a student with disabilities, my goal for the [Elective Abroad to Spain] was to achieve the typical study abroad experience that is a staple of college for so many. Through working with the Glavin Office and CIEE representatives in Barcelona and Madrid, I was able to fulfill my dream of traveling abroad in college. My 11 days in Spain were an unforgettable experience that pushed me outside of my comfort zone and forged meaningful friendships with others in the Babson community. Although the planning and execution wasn't always easy and didn't always go according to plan, I learned to go with the flow and emphasize the many successes over the few hiccups we experienced, which is a useful life skill in its own right. Overall, my elective abroad was one of the defining moments of my Babson experience and I urge any student who is interested to embark on their own Babson abroad experience. If I can study abroad, anyone can."
